Really hard to go wrong with In-N-Out! 4* because this place can get super packed with long waits, so I prefer the locations in quieter towns. But at least it's not super sketchy here like other Bay Area locations haha. Food is always consistent.

They had amazing service! They were excellent! So nice and patient! Amazing overall experience The food was amazing! It was hot and toasty. And the ambiance of the whole place was great! 10/10 would visit again.

What can I say it's in n out they are always good and I love the double double with grilled onions! I'm a Cali girl and the one closest to my neighborhood in Oakland Ca has closed due to crime but fortunately there are other locations that are not too far so as soon as we deplane it is my go to spot

An In-N-Out on Willie Stargell Avenue? As a Pirates fan who lives a burger and fries, how could I *not* visit? As usual, In-N-Out delivered: two double-doubles with fries. Meaty patties with gooey cheese, crispy lettuce and fresh tomatoes, grilled onions and special sauce. It doesn't get any better. And I believe I heard "We Are Family" streaming nearby as I downed the burgers, thinking of Pops Stargell and the '79 series. Pirates fan or not, if you haven't tried In-N-Out, you are definitely missing out in the best burgers I've ever had.

Food is excellent Service is always good The place is clean The best burger for decent price

Good ole in n out. The only fast food burger I'll eat! So this location always has a long drive thru line at all times but the line moves Pretty fast! They usually have a couple of employees outside taking orders who are always polite and offer great customer service. I'm one of those people who don't love their fries and always want ranch with my fries but with great prices and a trusted burger, can't go wrong for a quick meal.

4.5 rounding down to 4 As Canadians who have never been to California before, we had to take the opportunity to have a meal here when we noticed it en route to the USS Hornet. It was a bit of a traffic nightmare trying to access this plaza, and the INSANE drive-thru queue just added to access and parking snafus. Idk how long the last person in the drive-thru line waits to get this food, but we were not interested in finding out via that route, although it certainly added to piquing our curiosity that much higher. Not to mention, as an actual tourist destination for us, it was worth going inside. When we did, we decided to make our order to go since the dining room was busy and noisy. It was very clean and fresh looking, and I was pleased to see both registers open and loads of staff working busily as I was concerned that even if we didn't wait long in line inside, the insanely heavy drive-thru orders would impact our food delivery time. Happily, that proved to be no problem. Our cashier, Brian, was super friendly, helpful, and on the ball. The menu is deceptively simple given that their fame and appeal are based on their "secret" menu animal fries. This is even more complicated considering that you can get your animal fries well done. We went with single burgers, animal fries, 2 milkshakes and a soda drink between the 3 of us. I was excited to see their soda selection includes cherry Coke and raspberry lemonade. Unfortunately, both cherry Coke dispensers might as well have been waste dishwasher water and I had to report the problem to have it replenished. On the other hand, it was beyond impressive how quickly it was corrected. If only McFlurry machines were serviced so well... We concluded that even if it looked similar to Five Guys in terms of aesthetic, it was very close to the Big Mac when it came to the taste of the burgers. The fries are their own, with or without the animal style treatment. They look close to McDonald's at first, but they have some skin on them, and the texture is not quite that soft and fluffy. Of course, they need to be able to hold up under that cheese and dressing. I wish we could have eaten them in the restaurant, because by the time we finally got back to our hotel in Burlingame, they were sadly cold and suffered being shortchanged of their full flavour. Luckily, Brian included several extra packets of the sauce for us so, even if we didn't get the benefit of a hot and freshly prepared order of the fries, we can appreciate this signature dish in some form in future. The milkshakes were... milkshakes, nothing to write home about. Having said that, it was absolutely worth making a special stop to try it. Thanks to their amazing staff, it elevates the experience to a great memory of our travels.

Parking was easy and available. Once we walked in there was only 1 person in line. We got serve quickly and only a few seconds of waiting. We found a clean booth, and there was a waitress coming around collect our trash every few minutes. Service is fast, friendly and dependable.

In-N-Out @ Alameda Landing 555 Willie Stargell Ave Alameda, CA 94501 This is the "In-N-Out Burgers" at The Alameda Landing shopping center. It's very easy to find if you use the Webster Tube to come to Alameda. As you exit the Tube (underwater tunnel), look to the right and you'll see the shopping center. First you will see the gas station, then a Chase bank, then you will see the In-N-Out restaurant. The other day, I was driving by at about 10:35 am, and there were only two cars in the drive-thru. OMG! I have never been to an In-N-Out Burgers when they open in the morning. I rushed over and I was the third vehicle in line. A young lady stood there in the bright sunshine and took my order. The menu is very simple.....burger, fries, and drinks. There are variations, but the basic menu is easy. In-N-Out has the reputation of having the healthiest burgers, so diners should feel good eating here. My order was: - Double-Double w/ onions, $6.05 - Fries, $2.40 - Reg Chocolate Shake, $ 3.05 ( Total +tax= $12.74) First off, there was a wait in drive-thru because it took forever to serve the car ahead of me. The problem with this location is the parking lot and drive-thru are too small. Then when I got to the window, my order wasn't ready. All this time, and they didn't have my order staged and ready to go. Service: 4/5. The Double-Double Burger was good, but not great. The grill cook over seasoned the meat, and it was a little salty. Otherwise, it was a very juicy and tasty burger. The fries were just warm and limp. The fries did have that old fashioned flavor, which was good. But they should be fresh, hot, and crispy. The milkshake had a creamy texture, and mild chocolate flavor. Food: 4/5. I didn't go inside, so I can't comment on the dining room or restroom. I would return if I was in the area and the drive-thru line was short.

In-N-Out is always a solid pic! This location has yet to miss out in preparing a meal for me! The burgers are always done well and the toppings are fresh. The team does a great job and provides great service! Great location, great service, good food!
